Orders placed on www.solbrush.com are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location, order size, and available shipping methods.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping within the contiguous United States are typically 3 to 10 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Subscription orders (Subscribe and Save and Summer Sun Pack) ship automatically on your scheduled billing date and follow the same processing and delivery timelines described above. Any applicable free shipping thresholds are applied at the time of each recurring order.
At checkout, you have the option to add LABL Guarantee shipping protection to your order. LABL Guarantee covers orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you have opted into LABL Guarantee and experience an issue with your delivery, you can file a claim directly through our Customer Portal at returns.solbrush.com.
If you did not opt into LABL Guarantee, please contact us at hello@solbrush.com and we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays or service disruptions, customs or postal processing delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, theft after delivery confirmation, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, we encourage you to check your tracking information first. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at hello@solbrush.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to locate your package.
At this time, Sol Brush ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through www.solbrush.com.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order after it has been placed, email us as soon as possible at hello@solbrush.com. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will make the change. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address and the package will be delivered to the address originally provided.
