At Sol Brush, we want you to love every purchase. Our policy ensures a fair, flexible, and hassle-free experience for returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Customer Portal. For further assistance, contact us at hello@solbrush.com.

Start Your Return Process


Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. To verify eligibility, we require an inspection photo of the product.


Unused Products

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met: the product must be unused with the netting intact, or you experienced an adverse reaction after use. If these criteria are not met, we reserve the right to deny a full refund.


Used Products

For products that have been opened and used, we offer a 30% refund. We do not offer exchanges for used brushes, but we will apply a 30% discount toward your replacement brush.


Defective Products

If your product is defective — such as a loose brush head, leakage, or powder dispensing issues — we will ship a replacement the next business day. We do not offer refunds for defective items, only replacements.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by LABL at no cost to you. Instructions for your prepaid return label will be provided through the Customer Portal when you initiate your return.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same 30-day return policy. Additionally, if you are charged for a subscription renewal and have not yet received a shipment notice, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge date by contacting us at hello@solbrush.com. Once your order has shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If you opted into LABL Guarantee, file a claim directly through our Customer Portal. Submit Your Claim Here

If you did not opt into LABL Guarantee, contact us at hello@solbrush.com and we'll assist with a replacement order.
